Marais Private Tour
This historic area is now one of the most visited districts of Paris, for its architectural heritage as well as its unique vibe. Home to aristocratic mansions (hôtel particulier), art galleries or trendy stores, it is today the most vibrant neighborhood in the city.

A fantastic experience
Being new to Paris and to this type of tour guiding, Marie was very friendly and "real". See Paris through the eyes of a local host
My mom, my sister and I saw Paris with Marie as our tour guide. We have no regrets whatsover. We had a wonderful time with Marie. She was friendly, easy-going, sociable and so accomodating. She communicated with us about what we wanted to do. She gave us recommendations. And she planned out our itineray. We walked the cobblestones of Montmartre and ate authentic French cuisine like true locals. She enlighted us with French history as we toured each monument. It was a day well spent. Marie is a very knowledgeable and fun tour guide. We highly recommend her.

Great tour at Le Marais and excellent host

Wonderful day in Paris
I had a truly incredible time with Marie in Paris. She created several possible itineraries based on my interests. She was totally prepared, thougtful, and truly made the day special. The unique thing about this experience was that I was with a local who knew the city well and could plan a wonderful day but, also, it was like meeting a new friend. Marie's goal was making the day memorable for me. She provived plenty of options and I never felt like it was just a job for her. She truly seemed to enjoy the day as much as I did. I will absolutely use "The French Travel" again and look forward to booking another tour with Marie in the future !

Great experience!
I've never done a tour like this before but I am so glad we did it! Marie was pleasant and it was really nice to spend a few hours with a local to really get to know a part of Paris that we would
